If you want to get your brand recognized, you need a good promotional video production. If you want your promotional video to go viral on social media sites, you need it to be top-notch. That's where careful planning comes in to play. You can't make a successful promotional video without lots of careful planning and with professional services. If you're not sure where to start, here are four steps to point you in the right direction.
Aim for Your Target Audience
When you're making promotional video, you've got to aim for your target audience. It's your target audience that's going to spread your video throughout social media. In order to effectively reach your target audience, you need to know who that audience is. Before you begin work on your video, sit down as a team and determine exactly which audience you want to reach, whether it's the millennial's, baby-boomers, over everyone in between. Knowing your audience will help you make your mark.
Create a Clear Message
When it comes to getting your point across, you've got to start with a clear, and concise message. Don't try to say too much in your promotional videos. Identify the message you want to convey, and then build your video around that message.
Aim for High-Quality Image and Sound
Social media pages are filled with promotional videos. The ones that get shared are the ones that do the best job of providing high-quality images and sounds. Your promotional video isn't going to get viewed, let alone shared, if it's got poor quality images or sound. If your video has poor quality in both areas, it's not going to go anywhere. To ensure a successful promo video, it's got to have high-quality image and sound. If you're working on a tight budget, cut down on the running time, or the additional shots, but don't cut down on the image and sound quality.
Make it Short & Succinct
If you've spent any time on social media sites, you know that most successful videos are short, sweet, and to-the-point. If you want your promotional video to be shared, and even go viral, you've got to aim for the same goal. Get your message out there in as little time as possible. There are a lot of viewing options on social media sites. Make sure your video is long enough to convey your message, and short enough to hold your audiences attention.Share
